Koen Vingerhoets brings an innovative and pragmatic perspective to Rubey’s advisory board, shaped by a rich background in legal, operational and technological transformation. With a strong focus on business users, governance and regulation, Koen has built a career at the crossroads of law, process improvement, and digital innovation.

Since 2014, Koen has been pioneering blockchain applications in financial services. After joining Deloitte in 2020, he combined his involvement in the global blockchain community with leading roles in digital and innovation projects. In 2022, he became Lead Evangelist and Business Architect at Fujitsu’s Enterprise Blockchain Track & Trust Solution Center, contributing to blockchain initiatives around the world.

Koen co-founded the industry-driven BelTug Blockchain Taskforce and the government-supported Blockchain4Belgium initiative. As Executive in Residence at Vlerick Business School, he lectures widely across Europe on blockchain-based business solutions.

Passionate about responsible innovation and the intersection between technology and society, Koen supports Rubey’s mission to build transparent, regulated, and future-oriented investment solutions in art and collectibles.
