Become a co-owner of ART20

A unique collection of contemporary Belgian art.

Register now for the information meeting.

Rubey offers investors wishing to include art as a source of diversification of their wealth an innovative opportunity that combines the spreading of risks (portfolio of works), flexibility of the amount to be invested (from EUR 10k) and reliability of the structure.

These investors can thus become co-owners of a collection of around 20 Belgian contemporary art works. This collection, called "ART20", will be selected, on the basis of clearly defined criteria, by Luc Tuymans and Michaël Borremans, artists and curators for this unique occasion. It will include internationally renowned and emerging Belgian artists. To enhance their visibility, these works can be loaned on a long-term basis to museums or for shorter durations to private investors. The coordination of the sourcing, acquisition, conservation and resale of the collection will be handled by Rubey.

About this project

The collection will be held by a partnership called "Société Simple" or “Maatschap”. Each investor will become a partner in accordance with his or her contribution. Its ownership deeds will be certified by Art Security Tokens (AST), tradable digital units that are governed by the same financial legislation as shares.

Purpose of the information session

Rubey will explain its approach in detail and answer any questions you may have, including about the concept, the legal and fiscal framework, the conditions, the liquidity, the investment stages and, of course, the type of works that will be selected.

James Ensor's "Carnaval de Binche", securitized for a value of €1.5 million, is held by around 250 investors. They have loaned this masterpiece to the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp (KMSKA) where you can admire it on the 4th floor.

We would like to invite you to the information meeting, where you will learn everything about this unique opportunity. You can invest from 10,000 euros. Higher investment options with additional benefits are also available.
